Feature: Keep Schemas synced with StripeApi

Somehow (?) use StripeOpenApi to keep sdl files automatically maintained.

Current idea: Have a github action that updates an online sdl lib. Link to lib so that Stripe sdls are always current. User does not need to update plugin for latest schemas.
