Example: How to make Sticky States (including modals)

Hello,

yes this is no issue, but I thought, since the official documentation and examples are kind of hard to get the hang of, I could provide a (maybe) easier to understand example of how sticky states (with a bit use of Previous States) and sticky states with modals work. I also included a modal which opens another modal.

At least I had a very hard time to understand how things work and I know it can be quiet frustrating :P

I haven't commented it yet, because at some point me myself don't even know how some things work (I know this sounds silly).
