Dear prof， My name is Huamei Li, and from china. when I read the python code of Mandalorion, many questions have been generated:

  1. Mandalorion_3_Remove_ISPCR_Sequences.py: the following shortcut shows ISPCR sequence has beed fixed, if I have human ONT 2D data, ISPCR sequence is the same or not?

2.Mandalorion_9_Match_TESS_SS_Combinations_to_genes.py: following shortcut shows the value of gene_data[gene_name] is tuple, the data structure is read only, and the sentence belongs to try always error, is the code right?

  1. Mandalorion_11_Define_and_Quantify_Isoforms.py: following shortcut shows variables: left_start, right_start have been defined, only left_start has been used as a key for alt_dict, the right_start has not been used, if is ok, why did you define the right_start in the scripts ?
