K4 adaptation is missing from the installer

I must have forgotten to add it to the installer. You can download the file here: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/christofmuc/KnobKraft-orm/master/adaptations/Kawai%20K4.py and put it into the user adaptation folder. Then restart the Orm and it should offer the K4.

Will make sure to include it properly in the next release!
