Twitter links bypassing "Open Links In" setting

As the title states twitter links are bypassing the “Open Links in [Insert Preferred browser here]” setting, I have a sneaking suspicion that other links are being treated this way as well.

To Reproduce

1. Set preferred browser to anything other than Safari in-app (Firefox, Chrome etc)
2. click on a Twitter link

WHAT SHOULD HAPPEN; App should abide by the given setting and open the corresponding web-browser

WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS; Opens in-app Safari

• App Version; 1.15.7
• iOS version; iOS 16.4.1 (20E252)
• iPadOS version; iPadOS 16.4.1 (20E252)
• Device Type; iPhone 11 Pro (Model; MWCL2VC/A)
• Device Type; iPad Pro 12.9in (6th generation) None jailbroken / rooted
