Moderator Mail “Reply As” keyboard not collapsing

Describe the bug When replying a moderator mail thread, if you click the “reply as” button, it is only visible about 50% of the time. The other 50% of the time, it is hidden by the keyboard. To fix this, pressing this button should just collapse the keyboard.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Be a moderator of some sub
2. Go to the moderator mail section
3. Find one and open the text box as if you are going to reply, potentially type some text into the box (or don’t, it happens even if there’s no text in the box), keep the keyboard up (do not swipe it down/away)
4. Click the “reply as” button to swap between replying as the sun or replying as yourself, or creating a private mod note
5. See the issue occurring
