Notifications not appearing on Lock Screen

Describe the bug

Notifications not showing on Lock Screen.

Steps to reproduce

Had friends comment on a comment and a post I made and notifications never came through

iOS version: 15.6 Apollo version: 1.13.1 iOS device: iPhone 12 Pro Jailbroken: No Reproducible: Yes

Expected behavior

Should show red notification bubble on app and show notification message on Lock Screen

Additional context

Tried rebooting iPhone, reinstalling app, turning off and on notifications from within app and iOS settings

As of today at 3:04pm EST all my notifications just came in from Apollo and is now working. Very odd.
