Double Tap to Zoom Does Not Zoom in All the Way

When double-tapping to zoom in on an image, it zooms to take up the entire screen, rather than zooming to actual size.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open an image that is larger and has a different aspect ratio than the screen
2. Double tap on it

Expected results: Image zooms in to actual size Actual results: Image zooms in only far enough to eliminate black bars along edges (Some images do behave as expected, though I have yet to find a pattern to them. Platform: iPadOS (it seems to work better on my iPhone)
