Using space bar on Bluetooth keyboard doesn't work in the search bar

Describe the bug When in the search bar of the app and using a Bluetooth keyboard, the space bar doesn't work to add a space into the search field

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Search field with a Bluetooth keyboard connected
2. Type a word
3. Try to type a space and add another word
4. The space is not entered into the field

iOS version: iOS 15.6 public beta 1 Apollo version: 1.12.3 iOS device: iPhone 12 Jailbroken: False / No Reproducible: Every time

Expected behavior the space would be entered such as searching a subreddit for "red fox"

Issue happened to me in iOS 14 as well and still a problem in iOS 16 dev beta 2
