generate index action into sitemap.xml

Hi,

Thanks for the great plugin, it works fine for me. I have a question: I have deal model with deals. If I put sitemap into deal.rb it generates all existing deals (/deals/123) into sitemap.xml except index action (/deals). How can I make the plugin to generate deals/index? Similarly I'd like to have application/index (applicaton root) in sitemap.xml. Could you help me in this issue, please? Thanks, adrian
