Provide a pre-built geckodriver binary

Hey there,

Thank you for this, I've been looking for something like this for quite some time and this is perfect!

I managed to get it up and running, but building geckodriver is a pain (requires installing rust and sitting through a long compilation, especially on a Pi).

Maybe you could host a pre-built binary of geckodriver for ARM in this repo for the people that don't want to bother (: .

I guess you have one, but if needed I can upload mine.

A few months ago I switched to Ubuntu Server on my Raspberry Pi 4 and was able to install geckodriver via sudo apt install firefox-geckodriver. So far my experience with Ubuntu Server has been free of any problems and I can recommend it for running Pinboard to Kindle as well. Calibre 5.x is also more easily installable directly via apt.

In should probably update the installation instructions at some point, since using Ubuntu Server for Pinboard to Kindle is a lot less complicated.
