Extra secret in config-authentication project

When you deploy this application and sync to the cluster, the config-authentication application gets a new secret v4-0-config-user-idp-0-file-data that shows out of sync. This secret gets created in openshift-authentication after the application is synced the first time, and then it shows a yellow x although the application sync status is healthy and synced. I don't understand why this extra object shows up and does not turn green. If that's just the way it is, I can accept that, although it seems wrong even. though everything else is green.
