Update BeamNG.tech to v0.27

User Story

As a user, I want to use BeamNG.tech v0.27 so that I can use the most recent simulator features

Acceptance Criteria

Scenario 1:

• Given: BeamNG and SDC-Scissor are installed
• When: label-tests command is triggered
• Then: SDC-Scissor should use the new simulator with all existing features as in previous versions.

Definition of Done

• Code is reviewed
• Code is manually tested in dev and test environments
• All code is integrated frequently
• Integration testing is performed
• SonarQube check is run to determine the code metrics
• Refactoring is done
