Tag for 2.0.5

Hi,

there are no tags in this project. Last release was 2.0.5 but it isn't tagged (at least not in this git repository). The current master does not correspond to 2.0.5 anymore. Can you probably add "2.0.5" tag? I think it corresponds to the following state: https://github.com/christianbach/tablesorter/tree/cf3b83df2b

Probably current one is dead, will try out that one, maybe it I'll get it to work.

I double checked all content with beyond compare at the commit @arapoport mentioned and it is indeed the 2.0.5 content.

The /tests directory is missing though.

@christianbach please add a tag, otherwise it's a mess to use this plugin with bower
