Chili Missing.

Everyone asks for chili in /docs/, but chili is nowhere to be found.

The issue reported is that demos included in tablesorter rely on a local ChiliBook, which is not included.

Example "Appending table data with ajax" (tablesorter/docs/example-ajax.html) is affected in tablesorter 2.0.5. "Append new table data", which works on the web site ( http://tablesorter.com/docs/example-ajax.html ), does nothing.

Either ChiliBook should be included, the docs should not be included, or the included docs should stop depending on a local ChiliBook.
