Any way to get VBR or ABR?

Would love to be able to encode variable or average bitrates.

Forgive me for not being able to tell from looking at lameenc.c and lame.h -- I tried and failed.

I think this simply needs the lame_set_VBR method exposing and the enum to pass into it.
