Glue Throwing Error with Windows Bash

I am trying to use Glue with Windows Bash however Glue doesn't seem to pick the right working directory.

/bin/bash: /c: No such file or directory

There were previous issues with piping but that has been resolved with a Insider Preview. Also there seems to be a similar problem #42 with Cygwin that was never resolved.
