Regarding [failing JDK 11 build](https://github.com/jspecify/jspecify/actions/runs/9210685665/job/25338261471?pr=428) I forgot that bnd 7.0.0 requires JDK 17 as a minimum. I'll later decrease bnd to 6.4.0 which should also work and requires JDK 8...
