Hi there is a problem with previous versions that dont enter region in sleep mode for android 8 and above. Is there any chance to get a nuget that supports these version and resolves this issue?

This works and includes version 2.15 of the Java library, you're welcome to use it: https://github.com/luposlip/Android-AltBeacon-Library
