Options menu doesn't appear at first

Thanks for the update. At first, the Options link in the menu did not work. It took a few Chrome reloads before seeing it. Maybe the other extension I use (French name "Extension Google Keep pour Chrome" version 4.24102.600.1) interfered. I disabled it and re-enabled it. Not sure of the sequence I did but now it works with the two extensions enabled. Everything works as expected.

We did a bit of testing, but couldn't replicate the issue.

As Jean pointed out, the issue may be resolved by toggling Keep-related extensions on and off in some sequence if others do run into the problem.

For now, we'll mark this issue as "wontfix", but if anyone can give steps that help us replicate it, we'll look again.

Attempted to reproduce as follows:

1. Start a new profile in Chrome and log in to a Google account
2. Manage Google account and set preferred language to French
3. Create a new note in Google Keep
4. Install Extension Google Keep pour Chrome
5. Install BETA: Google Keep - Full Screen Edit
6. Revisit Google Keep and confirm menu options appear.
