Change JavaScript hook from Sync to RenderSync.

Hi @juanpastas - I submitted an earlier PR for a similar update, but I missed a few that you picked up. I've updated my PR (#225) to include the extra ones you picked up, and almost merged these (and a few other open PRs) into our fork (https://github.com/Teamsquare/render_sync).
