Add support for .wav or .mp3 files.

I was just wondering if you could add support for these file types. I already have a few bits of music I would like to use but their is no way to convert them to .mod or .uge files.

Okay, .Wav files are pcm encoded, which is what I use the most, and I can convert all my .mp3 to wav, so I think so.
