SyllabiPy is deprecated

Hi!

The author of SyllabiPy has deprecated the package in favour of nltk. Both of the algorithms in SyllabiPy have now been ported to nltk (as of version 3.6, some time after SyllabiPy was declared deprecated) - see https://github.com/nltk/nltk/issues/2203

I'd be happy to help port abydos to use nltk instead of SyllabiPy if you would like.
