Proof FRESH_START_AND_RESTART #584

I have proofed from page 211 to page 225. Pages 226-237 will be proofed in another pull request, as recommended in #584. If it is okay for me to proof every page in this pull request, please let me know.

In general I would prefer a separate PR as it eases the load for me reviewing PRs (and for contributors, reducing cognitive overload which may hamper the quality of their proofing by rushing/getting bored - something I ran into myself when proofing the Huge Comanche055 scans several years ago).

But for this file in particular it looks fairly light on comments after page 226, so I wouldn't mind if you continued and finished proofing to page 237 here while I catch up with the remaining open PRs.

If you choose to continue in this PR, convert the PR to a draft so I know it's in-progress 👍

Completely proofed, I have changed some tabs to spaces in order to match file exactly to scans, but I'm not very confident about it. Also I'm not very confident about punctuation marks at page 226.
