Multilanguage support

Please add multilanguage support. I noticed that the text in the file /android/libraries/TweetLanesCore/res/values/strings.xml. I think so, with the addition of multilanguage support should not be a problem. If you do not add support for multilanguage, because there is no translation, i is ready to provide strings.xml in Russian.

Multilanguage would need to be crowd sourced. Feel free to send a pull request with some translations...(this applies to everyone).

I think we have most text extracted into the strings resource. But remember, there are other resources too.

Thanks, I figured out how to add translations. There was a problem creating a Twitter app, but it will create a separate ticket.
