Hard to select posts with source enabled

I have finally figured out how to reproduce my problem selecting posts! When I enable the "Show Source" it becomes almost impossible to select post to perform actions on them. When I disable the source I can select them without any issue.

I have definitely seen this behavior. There is some other factor too, as it currently works for me with Source turned on >.<

With the recent changes to the views this bug seems to have disappeared for me... I have no problems selecting tweets tested on all three themes, show source on and off, android 4.4 stock. Anyone else notice the difference?
