Bottom Bar Apps stop working

If you click any app or widget and hold it down and drag it somewhere else, the button apps like messenger do not respond to clicks.

launcher went crash wile i tired to come back from Application tray . i checked my logcat and its show me something like , java.lang.NoSuchMethodException: setChildrenLayersEnabled [boolean]
