Display test timing information

Include information in the test report about:

  • Total test run time
  • Tests / sec?
  • Assertions / sec?

It would also be good to show a graph of all test times (line chart?) with mouseover capability to see the names of the tests that generated a specific time. This would allow developers to find long-running tests.
