android message desktop , message preview history is not being displayed

android message desktop 3.1.0 ,chat history window shows up as blank. Is there a way to fix that?

I am having this same problem. Everything else displays and updates properly when I send or receive a new text, notification sounds work, etc, but when clicking on a text thread, the thread display panel is blank as above. I am in Windows 11, same version data as OP.
