Remove links to 'aramisgithub' user: 404

The links are not valid anymore. The user does not exist anymore on GitHub.

GitHub returns a 404 error.

I can't find an official enough maintainer of the solarized color theme

There is https://github.com/chawyehsu/base16-solarized-scheme but that should go in another PR.

This PR fixes https://github.com/pinpox/base16-universal-manager when pulling color schemes from this repository (well, there should be an error handling there)
