problem setting up the program

hello. I had a problem with the program, or rather does not start airdump-ng. my device is haomi redmi 5 plus on which the kali is installed. i am using an external wifi adapter that recognizes my device. how can this be solved?

Is the option about changing the commands' prefix in the Settings enabled?

I actually have the same issue on my device. It was installed through the Kali Linux Nethunter app store. This is the screenshot from testing the tools. My device is an LG Nexus 5 (hammerhead) running lineageos 14.1. I'm pretty new to this so if I can offer anything else please let me know.
