CyHunspell setup seems to be broken

I can recreate the error on one machine, but it works fine on another regardless the version of Python... I'll try investigate further!

Edit: Ok, not sure what's going on. It now works with Python 2 on both machines, but still shows the same error on one machine with Python 3.4. I reckon someone is messing with something and hope it'll fix itself shortly!

Hopefully! For reference, I'm running Ubuntu 16.04 with Python 3.5.2 and pip 18.0.
