Enable display of iframes and other media from the blog

First of all, thank you so much for sharing this. I don't think this is an issue but an added feature request perhaps?

I was wondering if there's a way to display other media like iframe video embedded in a post for example? I noticed that the iframe tag is in the RSS, however, it's somehow omitted somewhere in your code.

Hi @iamdayle, do you have an example I could see? The code doesn't do anything to strip tags out, so this surprises me.

Hi @chrisj74, sorry for not getting back to you sooner. So here's a sample from my test blog. You'll see that there's a part where I have an embedded youtube video. I see the iframe code from the generated RSS, however, when I pull it using your script, it strips out the iframe tag and just displays the anchor tag inside the iframe. Please see the last item from the feed.

Sorry for huge delay in replying. It looks as though Medium uses embedly to pull in youtube videos. So the feed includes the embedly iframe code, not the youtube code itself. I would need to work out how to extract the naked youtube link as embedly won't work on any site that doesn't support that software.
