Stops working after a few hours

After I connect to QR it works for a few hours and after a few hours I get a response back: This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase 'Connection Timeout'.

I should point out that I have no server load.
