Update for Deluge 2.0

Doesn't seem to be working on Deluge 2.0. Was working previously on 1.3. Plugin will not load at all in 2.0.

@koolmon10 the latest official stable version of deluge is 1.3.15 released in May'17 . Are you sure you're using an official version?
