Package updates

Update ~all~ almost all packages to the latest available versions, notably:

• prisma 6.3 → 6.6
  • Move some imports which were deprecated or removed from @prisma/generator-helper, to instead import from @prisma/DMMF
• typescript 5.7 → 5.8
• vitest 0.34 → 3.1

I did not update:

• eslint 8 → 9, because the eslint-config-universe does not support it
• trpc 10 → 11 in the “usage” package because I’m not as familiar with the changes needed here

Also fixed some tests that needed updating alongside the package updates, and a couple tests that I think had been broken before package updates. There are still some tests related to support for japanese characters that are failing, however these tests (1) do not dependend on any external packages afaict and (2) fail for me on the current master — so I believe these failures are unrelated to the package updates.

Let me know if there’s anything I missed, or anything you’d rather keep on an older version

So what is this, the third prisma-zod lib thats been abandoned? The owners cant even be bothered to look at generously creating PR's. JS ecosystem is a joke.
