For some reason --live does not work with 2.1.8 but works with 2.1.6

For some reason the live reload script is not added in 2.1.8 even though I supply --live (using the default index.html). After I did npm install -g [email protected] it started working.

same bug here with beefy v2.1.8 & node v7.2.1

npm install -g [email protected] make it work again too
