Changing pihole and unbound TTL configurations

Hey there.

• I noticed my cache was only filling roughly 6% of all queries after about a month.
• Most queries should be cached. I go to the same places the all the time.
• I went through the logs and found queries within <30 seconds apart not caching.

I was hoping you'd be able to look into making the configurations slightly more exposed here:

Request 1: Allow us to change DNS cache TTL in Unbound (example) I use a much higher number here, I think 10 or 20 mins is default.

cache-min-ttl: 600

/etc/dnsmasq.d/05-customadditions.conf

Request 2: 01-pihole.conf: Allow us to change local ttl within Pihole:

local-ttl=2 which is default I believe. I prefer mine at 3600 so the unifi devices don't go crazy over nothing.
