Focus the editor after creation of a new note

Once a new note is created using "bn": focus the editor so that you can immediately begin typing. Maybe possible with Automator?

This functionality would be nice for searches as well. It works as expected when the Bear window is visible on the current desktop, but when it is minimised or on another desktop it doesn't focus the application.
