Fifteen: suggested move action is not shown

Describe the bug The button for making a suggested move (h) is not shown in fifteen

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open fifteen
2. notice there is no button to make a suggested move

Expected behavior The button exists

Screenshots I would add overdramatic screenshots but I'm in a area with bad connectivity so I won't bother

Version info (optional, but sometimes helpful)

Additional context Note that fifteen (along with hex and twiddle) doesn't provide much help on how to solve the puzzle by using the "show solution" button making this issue especially noteworthy
