Pattern: toast drag length
From Rowan: if you drag to set a line in Pattern, we could quickly indicate how long the drag was with a toast.
Implemented in commit cfdc32d93632d7b94fcc435c7f960fe3328ee813 but disabled for now, because personally I soon found it irritating and suspect others might too, so let's wait until there's a settings screen (issue #39) to turn it off again. Probably even then, turn it off by default.
Wired up to the preferences framework in commit 020d6ad99f459378829bb0a664e039cc920e9210, but still disabled. Rowan suggests a better UI: add a number (of a different colour?) out past the numbers in the row/column in which you're dragging.
