Is it just me, or is arbitrary code execution when you have access to the server's files, a non-issue?
After days of staring at code, trying, retrying and re-retrying, it seems that what is required to get it to work, is to apply more plugins from the app template...

Personally I don't consider vnc a solution because it sucks so much with multiple monitors, whereas rdp is fantastic with multiple monitors.
