Channel start time always gets overridden on programming changes

I think this might be expected behavior -- have to check what DTV does, but it threw me for a loop when debugging something and manually changing the start time in the UI while also updating the lineup... I think there is also a bug in the programming page where changing the lineup doesn't reload the channel itself which exacerbated the issue.
