Separate 'System' page

It may be useful to separate out some settings to a 'System' page that looks like the Settings page. This is similar to how *arr suite programs group settings. System could have:

• System status (doesn't exist yet)
• DB Backups (doesn't exist yet)
• Server task status (currently nested under Settiings)
• HDHR server settings (currently under settings)
• General info / settings about the server: log file location, update announcements
