This will need to be fixed by no longer abusing `content-available`, with the unfortunate drawback of only seeing 'New Message!' notifications instead of the message content.
I'm still seeing this. Both the scrolling to wrong place, and messages disappearing entirely until app is restarted.

This behavior is entirely controlled by the server. Additional filtering should possibly be considered within `mod_cloud_notify`. Perhaps Android is sending `?OTR?` messages?
Considering this is from November and hasn't been reproduced since then, I'm guessing it was an errant swipe.
