Error in createFishObject

Sorry it may just be because I am still unfamiliar with this package, but I can't seem to get it to work on my test data. I can't get rid of this error:

fish <- createFishObject(fractions, parents, timepoints = timepoints, fix.missing.clones = TRUE)
Error in validateInputs(frac.table, parents, nest.level, clone.labels, :
clones with same nest level cannot have values that sum to more than 100%: Problem is in clusters 1,2,3,4,5,6

But in my data frame I can't see which entry is the issue:

fractions
            0 1 2 3 4
[1,] 0.00000 0.00000 0 19.63552 0
[2,] 0.00000 0.00000 0 24.21715 0
[3,] 0.00000 39.43937 0 16.60678 0
[4,] 0.00000 0.00000 0 16.79928 0
[5,] 37.48913 0.00000 0 0.00000 0
[6,] 62.51087 60.56063 100 22.74127 0

There are also no parental relationships:

> parents
[1] 0 0 0 0 0 0

For now I have just set timepoints to this:

timepoints
[1] 0 1 2 3 4

Any help would be really appreciated!
