feature request: adding URL from SAN extension

Hi,

Request: May be possible to add new SAN Attributes such as URL ? From my project, I need to add on the SAN certificat the URL attribute ( not the URI because the certificat will be rejected )

Expected: From the certificate creation, on the extensions tab and the X509v3 Subject Alternative Name drop box list, the possibility to use URL type.

You are sure there is an URL attribute?
Is there some source like an RFC which describes the pattern of the SAN URL?
I couldn't find something after a short search.
