HW token fallback problem

I'm using XCA Version: 2.1.2 with HW Token and PKCS#11 provider /usr/lib/opensc-pkcs11.so. Sudenly I have problem to start XCA when HW token is disconnected. It ask for db password, after input (correct or incorrect pasword doesnt matter) just blink some empty small window frame and xca dissapear and doesnt stop (must be killed). This behavior is new. A few weeks ago I dont saw such problem. When HW token is connected before XCA starts, all works without problems. So what I can do with this?
