Hi @mavavilj, you can use this issue if you want. But I have to confess that I started this project as a personal research project. As part of that research I decided to start an smaller one to test some ideas around how to pass data between threads (UI & audio), then I created kyro-synth where I was able to pass user interactions and visual feedback between threads. After that learning, I decided to start a new project to figure out a way to build audio graphs and abstract out the complexities of audio processing and communicating data (audio/MIDI) between different components, then kyro-audio was born. And this is where my focus is right now. What I mean with that is that probably for when I have all the knowledge that is required for building a DAW, I might decide to start a new project rather than following the development of hero-synth. But all those things are uncertain for me right now. As you can see, this is a personal research project, that started several years ago, and that probably will continue for some more. I know that there is more people working on this same problems with different levels of progress, but overall my main objective is learning by doing ;-)

I have few ideas similar to Celemony's ARA that I'd like to see implemented in some sequencer. And then I thought, whether they'd be fit for this one.
