Starting as a draft to collect early feedback. I've not checked against all of the test vectors [in the draft](https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-irtf-cfrg-bbs-signatures-03), but most of the positive cases. I'm interested in feedback...

The HPKE implementation wraps internal KEMs and implements its own Validate function. This is fine, but it seems like a function that might be better on the interfaces for keys.

Add SF-based Authorization and WWW-Authenticate headers

This seems like another good candidate for a structured format. Maybe something we can add to the [retrofitted structured headers draft](https://httpwg.org/http-extensions/draft-ietf-httpbis-retrofit.html) as a new set of mapped fields?
